1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (NZT) may be processed the following business day.

  • Custom or backorder items may require additional handling time. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):

  • Standard Courier: 2–4 business days

  • Express Courier: 1–2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • Asia, USA, Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

3. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • New Zealand Orders: Include GST (15%) and applicable import duties.

  • International Orders: May be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country.

    • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • Please check with your local customs office for further information.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mpracing.nz

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement where possible.

6. Restrictions

  • Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to import regulations (e.g., fluids, batteries, or performance parts).

  • MP Racing reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be legally or safely shipped.
